I started taking one of each supplement for the first 2 days just to see how my body would handle it and to make sure I had no allergies to any of the ingredients. I had no problems and increased my regimen to 2 capsules/day by the 3rd day. I noticed a decrease in apatite right away, which is wonderful because it keep me from snacking or "grazing" all day! The cleanse definitely cleans and detoxes your system the first few days but that goes away once your body adjusts. I also notices a slight increase in energy, but not the jittery feeling you get with some products. After 12 days of consistent use I had lost 6 pounds, so I was extremely impressed with the results. I am almost to the end of my 15 day cleanse and will update my results later on.

I received this luggage scale while in the process of planning a family vacation. I'm an over planner and want to know the cost of the entire trip before we leave. Unexpected expenses like additional luggage fees can add up quick and make well budgeted trip become costly. Having a luggage scale handy will keep our over packing in check! (Maybe) 

The Tribetailer scale was very easy to use. It measure in lbs. or Kg and has automatic calibration. You just attach the sturdy strap to your luggage and hold (steady) on to the handle. I had no problem at all setting it to lbs and getting an accurate weight. It's also easily portable and light weight making it handy for any trip!

Exfoliating Scrub for Men by Valentia REVIEW

Product Review

This is a skincare product from the Valentia line especially designed for men. I was excited to have my husband and 15 year old son test this product out. My son has been experiencing teenage acne across his forehead and we've tried a gazillion other things that really haven't helped much. My husband is 42 and beginning to show some aging. So I signed them up for a trial! 

What we thought:

• By the second day of using the scrub my son's acne was noticeably better. It had dried up almost all of it by the 4th day. He's already asking for more. 
• Has natural oils and moisturizers so it didn't cause skin to be dry or irritated.
• Made my husband's face feels so much smoother after removing the dead skin and deep cleaned pores.

Luxe Beauty Product Review

No Falsies Here
I've found a product that is actually helping my lashes grow! I recently had the opportunity to try out the Luxe Beauty Lashes Eyelash Growth Serum with peptides. I must say that I'm pretty impressed with the results. 

I've been using this product for about 10 days and here are a few of the benefits that I love:

• It moisturizes and nourishes the lashes. I have had a problem with brittle lashes that break off or fall out anytime I apply eye makeup or rub my eye. I have not seen this since using this product. My lashes feel soft and healthier over all. 
• Its clear (not white) so it goes on without causing mascara to cake up if you use it right after. I just put it on and wait a minute or 2 before applying my regular makeup. I also use it again before bed.
• It comes in fancy tube with a mirror on the side so its handy to apply anywhere you are.  I left it on my nightstand before bed and didn't have to get up to go to a mirror to see what I was doing. 

Note: be careful not to get it directly in the eye, it does burn a little when that happens.  

Overall I give this product 2 thumbs up!!
